If you could live in a different decade/era which one would it be? I would love to be a Hippy girl in the 60's-70's. I would love to move around the country, run bare foot, wear flowers in my hair, fight for peace and sing to all you need is love by the beatles.

Do you consider yourself outgoing? yes. most of the time anyway.
What is something you are constantly working on? Being healthier! And try to be a nice person that people feel comfortable around.

What was the hardest thing that happened to you this past year? My cousin Derek passing away.
What is the best thing that happened to you this past year? Moving to Logan, my little Kase being born, becoming close to Ashley again.
What is one thing you hope to accomplish this year? Do good in school, become more comfortable with myself, love, live, laugh more.

mardi gras!!!

hey everybody!! we had a fun time on saturday night. we went to a mardi gras party at the university. there was a ton of people there and we just danced all night. laura did our make up so me and megs felt so purrdy! haha. the pictures of us jumping on our beds was after we got home. it was late and we were very hyper. i would post the other pictures from the post-party hypers but i'm afraid i would lose a few friends. haha.

so... ashley and me decided to be random and throw a "pirate party" at my apartment. no one really dressed up fully except ashley and our friend kent. i thought my anchor shirt was pirate like? ash gave me a little crap for it... but regardless... it was a fun time.

p.s. i posted that random pic of me at the top because i was very impressed with only ONE of my eyes going crossed eyed! awesome, right??

Spice Girls!

My friend Claire came up to Logan to see us before she flew out to Virgina for school. I love her so much and it was so fun to hang out with her for a couple days! :)

Praise to the Man

What a great man! He lead such a Christ-like life and was such a big influence on the world and all of our lives. His continence was the brightest of all and he changed this world for the better. I will miss him so much but I am so thankful that I could grow up in the church with him as our Prophet. He will live forever in my heart. I'm also thankful to have known my cousin Derek Haderlie and I'm thankful for his example to our family and all the memories we have of him. We are all going to miss him so much. I'm so thankful for the knowledge of the gospel and for eternal families. Lets remember to keep his wife and kids in our prayers.
